AI Work Studio (“we”, “our”, “the app”) helps you turn notes, photos, files, and requests into finished work documents. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: email, display name, and authentication identifiers when you sign in (via Supabase Auth).
- Usage data: token quota usage, generation events, plan/membership status, and app settings stored for your account.
- Content you provide: requests, saved results, templates, and files you upload (images and documents) for AI processing.
- Technical data: basic diagnostics such as browser type and request metadata needed to operate the service.
2. How we use information
- Create, improve, save, compare, and export finished work.
- Enforce quotas, authenticate users, and maintain membership state.
- Send internal processing instructions and attachments to configured AI providers only to fulfill your request.
- Improve reliability, security, and abuse prevention.
3. Third-party services
We use trusted processors, including:
- Supabase — authentication and database.
- Vercel — hosting and API delivery.
- AI providers — model inference (e.g. OpenRouter and models you configure).
- Google Play — billing when you purchase subscriptions inside the Android app (when enabled).
These providers process data according to their own policies and our instructions.
4. Data retention
Account and usage records are kept while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us. Local-only guest data stays on your device until you clear it.
5. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and row-level security on user data. API keys for AI providers should be stored in server environment variables, not shared publicly.
6. Your rights
Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Sign out to end your session on a device. To delete your account, follow Delete account.
7. Children
AI Work Studio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
